ZQ Series Reducer

ZQ series reducer is a cylindrical gear reducer, two-stage cylindrical gear transmission. It is widely used in lifting and transportation machinery, mining machinery and general chemical industry and other machinery industries, its working temperature is -40C°~+45C°, the input speed is not higher than 1500 rpm, and the circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 14 m/s, and it can run in both directions.

Installation, use and maintenance:

1. The gear is lubricated by a closed transmission oil pool, and the oil level height of the lubricating oil is indicated by the circular oil mark on the base, and the oil level height is within the range indicated by the oil mark when the reducer is in a state of stop operation.
2. The lubricating oil generally uses HJ40-50 mechanical oil. HL20-30 gear oil can also be used.
3. Special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the oil at the beginning of the reducer operation, if the oil is dirty (especially the mixing of metal foam), the oil should be changed immediately, and the dirt in the body should be removed at the same time as the oil is changed. The quality of the oil must be checked regularly (no less than once every six months).
4. The state of the meshing working face should be checked regularly, especially in the early stage of work, when the tooth surface is abrasive, if the area occupied by the abrasion is not more than 20% of the tooth working surface (along the tooth length and tooth height), it is allowed to be slightly trimmed with a stone or scraper.
5. If you need to open the cover for maintenance, you should pay attention to whether the cover is smeared with sealant, if there is sealant, you can use the screw hole on the cover to open it with screws, do not hammer the sealing surface, after the overhaul, you must check whether the sealing surface and the cover are bruised, and the sealing slag is cleaned and cleaned, whether it will cause oil leakage.
