Precautions for lifting, transportation and installation:

1. When lifting the whole box, the lifting hole of the lower box must be used, and the lifting hole of the upper box must not be used for lifting.
2. The gearbox should be placed horizontally and fixed on the support when it is transported and stored.
3. Do not drag the push-pull gearbox to avoid damaging the bottom surface.
4. The gearbox installation foundation requires sufficient rigidity, there should be a backing plate under the box, and the levelness of the foundation installation surface is required to be 0.04/1000.
5. After tightening the anchor bolts, check near the bolts with a dial gauge, and when the bolts are relaxed, the box moves, indicating that the foundation is uneven or the gasket is not padded well, and it should be re-corrected.
6. After adjusting the horizontal plane, the input shaft requires a coaxiality tolerance of ¢0.040 for the motor shaft. The input shaft coupling must be installed in accordance with its standard requirements.

Before using the special reducer for rolling mill (installation, operation, maintenance, spot check, etc.), you must be familiar with this instruction manual and its auxiliary materials and use it correctly. The knowledge of the machine, safety matters and matters that should be paid attention to should be read well before use. After reading, it should be stored in a place where it is visible to the actual user. Handling, set-up, piping, machine operation, operation, maintenance, and inspection must be carried out by personnel with specialized knowledge. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the machine. Do not disassemble and disassemble the reducer during the operation of the equipment. There is a risk of falling, rapid flying, or other personal accidents or damage to the device due to the gear's toothing deviation.
