Information

LJJ205 is manufactured with reference to ZB19026-90 standard. Product input, outgoing shaft in a vertical state of external meshing gear transmission structure. The main transmission parts are made of high-quality alloy steel, and the gears are manufactured by carburizing, quenching and gear grinding processes, with 6-level precision. The product has the advantages of high bearing capacity, long life, small size, high efficiency and light weight.

 

Use:

The conical cylindrical gear reducer (hereinafter referred to as the reducer) is used for the transmission device that the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged in a perpendicular direction, and is dedicated to the tension leveling machine.

 

Scope of application:

1. Motor model: YTAE2-132M2-6, Y-132S-4
2. Motor power: 5.5kw
3. The input shaft speed of the reducer is 960r/min and 1500r/min.
4. The standard configuration is only suitable for clockwise rotation of the hollow shaft.

 

Reducer lubrication:

1. The reducer is lubricated by oil pool, and the water jacket of the shell is circulated and cooled.
2. The lubricating oil of the reducer should be selected from the N320 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil in GB5903, and it is not allowed to be mixed for different brands of gear oil.

 

Reducer installation, use and maintenance:

1. After the reducer is installed in place, inject lubricating oil. The oil level is installed vertically, which is determined by the oil level on the dipstick. For inclined installation, it is determined by the lower oil level. The dipstick position is suitable for vertical and right-tilt installation of the cabinet, and when left-tilted installation, the dipstick needs to be moved to the right side of the interface.
2. Connect the cooling water at the inlet and outlet (the two interfaces can exchange the inlet and outlet directions arbitrarily). When the load is running, the cooling water quality needs to be turned on at the same time, and the water source can be cleaned with chemical scale solution after a period of scale affects the cooling effect of the water jacket.
3. Before the reducer is officially used, it should be operated without load, and the time should not be less than 1 hour, and the operation should be stable, without shock, vibration, noise and oil leakage, and the fault should be eliminated in time.
4. The lubricating oil injected for the first time needs to be replaced after 300-600 hours of operation, and thereafter, it will be updated every 1500-5000 hours of operation, which is mainly determined by the working environment. The magnetic plug should be cleaned at the same time as it is replaced.
5. If there is a sudden increase in oil and abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. It can only be put into operation again after proper troubleshooting.
